Sport

Sport is a very important part of life at Fairfield Academy.

Not only does it help foster a healthy lifestyle, it teaches children about the nature of winning and losing and working as part of a team.

We make sure our sports clubs and PE lessons are varied to ensure every child will be able to participate in something they enjoy. From football to dodgeball there is something for every child at Fairfield Academy.

We regularly take part in competitions with local schools and clubs, including other academies within the David Ross Education Trust.

If you would like more information about the sports your child will be taking part in this term then please feel free to speak to the school office.

PE Kit

Children should bring their PE kit to school on a Monday and take home each Friday to be washed. Please can we remind parents that PE kit is still part of the Fairfield Academy uniform. Children should wear a plain white round neck T-shirt with plain black shorts. Black jog pants can be worn in the colder months.
