Parent Information
We place a high value on establishing close links between home and school so that, together, we can work effectively to achieve the best for your child.
You are encouraged to share in your child's progress at open evenings in discussion with your child's class teacher, by reviewing your child's work and through comments made in your child’s annual written report.
Parents are always welcome at school. There are many opportunities for you to get involved in school life during the year such as assemblies, concerts, workshops, sports days and other social events. We keep you informed about what’s happening and coming up at school through your newsletter.
The Fairfield Academy PTfA supports us by taking an active interest in what is going on at school, and by fundraising. We encourage parents to become actively involved in our PTfA. This is an excellent way for you to feel that you are taking an active part in school life and your child’s education.
The aim of the PTfA is to help raise funds for projects that children would like at their school.
We need your ideas on what you would like to raise funds for, so please make your suggestions heard by letting the PTfA know.
To make the PTfA even more successful we need more members. If you have ideas about how you would like to support our school, and can spare a little time, please call into the school office - we would love to hear from you.
